You must indicate which field trip you would like to participate in and add the fee to your total conference registration fee.

All field trips will be held Thursday from 12:30 - 3:30pm and cost $10 unless otherwise noted.

Cancellation Policy
All registrations are considered payable at the time of registration. Cancellations will be refunded if received before September 10, 2008. After September 10, please call Stephanie Feaser at 804-698-4172 to register.
Lodging
Remember that lodging accomodations should be made on your own. Each hotel is $45/night for double occupancy. Please call the Martinsville Quality Inn/Dutch Inn at 276-647-3721 or The Jamison Inn at 276-638-0478 and let them know you are with the conference.
